BEGINNERS MOON HATHA YOGA
This is a beginner’s practice to deepen your understanding of the fundamentals of Moon Hatha Yoga. Moon is code for the mind. In this practice you will still the fluctuations of the mind so it can return to its pristine nature, which is grounded, clear and bright like a luminous full moon.
Yoga gives us the exact methodology to calm and stabalise the mind, which is the goal of all Moon Practice. To do that, the two main focuses in this class is the quality of your abdominal breathing and your steadiness and stability when holding poses and the pose categories that we will work with today is forward folds, and complementary to that is some twists as well.
