This gentle Hatha Yoga practice is designed to completely soothe, nourish, and nurture you.
For Yoga Nidra, please make sure you have a blanket, a light cloth to cover your eyes, and if you have a bolster or rolled-up blanket for underneath your knees and a rolled-up blanket or low pillow for underneath your head (to keep the thinking mind quiet)
