OPEN YOUR HIPS AND RELEASE TENSION IN YOUR BODY
A deep hip opening practice, to help you release stress, emotions, and tension stored in this body. This practice is will also lead you toward a simple Kaya Sthira meditation.
GET PREPARED FOR THIS PRACTICE (the more support you have for Yin the better)
❍ blanket to lay out on your mat
❍ blanket for Savasana and/or meditation
❍ blocks (if you have it)
❍ bolster for support and/or meditation (you can use a pillow from your bed)
❍ if you don’t have extra blankets you can use some rolled up towels for the final pose to place underneath your knees for a bit of extra support.
